EGF Land Use Plan

EGF Land Use Plan

East Grand Forks is planning for the future!

The City of East Grand Forks and the Grand Forks - East Grand Forks Metropolitan Planning Organization are working to update the East Grand Forks Land Use Plan--and they'd like your input!

The plan is a long-range guiding document for how the City will manage growth and development over the next 30 years. The Land Use Plan is updated every 5 years to respond to changes within the community and addresses a wide range of topics, including population and employment projections, housing, transportation, land use, and how to develop sustainably.

  • Traffic got you feeling down?
  • Want new sidewalks? New bike lanes? Walking paths?
  • Got a great idea for the future of East Grand Forks?

Participate in the Plan!

Please fill out this brief, one page survey to help orient the plan's vision and its work.
